CGX-635-CML-203: A multi-center phase 2 open-label study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of subcutaneous administration of omacetaxine in the treatment of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic, accelerated and blast phase who have failed or are intolerant to two or more tyrosine kinase inhibitors.
CGX-635-CML-202: A multi-center phase 2 open-label study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of subcutaneous administration of omacetaxine in the treatment of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic, accelerated and blast phase who have tested positive for the T315I bcr-abl point mutation.
CGX-635-CML-201: Phase 2 open-label study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous administration of omacetaxine combined with the oral administration of imatinib mesylate (Gleevec®) in the treatment of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic, accelerated and blast phase.

CGX-635-MDS-201: Phase 2 open-label study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous administration of omacetaxine in the treatment of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
Solid Cancers
CGX-571-SOCA-101: Phase 1/2a open-label study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous administration of amonafide dihydrochloride (Quinamed®) in the treatment of patients with refractory prostate, breast and ovarian cancers who are refractory or resistant to existing therapies. The phase 2a trial seeks to confirm potential for dosing based on prospective genotyping of NAT2 genotype status.
