We have a number of promising agents in preclinical development. CXS-6001 is a novel small molecule that affects the functional expression of tubulin in cancer cells. CXS-2101 is a small molecule that inhibits NF-kappa B to induces apoptosis, or cancer cell death, and has been shown in animal models to potentiate the anti-cancer effects of other agents. We are also constantly searching for additional promising targeted agents that can be in-licensed or acquired.
